Terms of Use

The rules for using Gridlace.

Effective date: September 27, 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading or using the Gridlace app (“Gridlace”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Gridlace. Gridlace is also licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms and Apple’s EULA conflict, Apple’s EULA applies to your license to the app.

2. Using Gridlace

Gridlace lets you create carousels, grids, collages, templates and videos from your own photos and videos, and share them to other apps. You may use Gridlace for personal and commercial content that you are allowed to publish.

3. Your content

You own the photos, videos, text, fonts, logos, music and other material you add to Gridlace and the posts you create. Because everything is processed on your device, we don’t receive or store your content. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use and share anything you add — including third-party music, fonts and images — and that your posts follow the rules of the platforms you share to.

4. Templates and built-in content

Gridlace’s templates, designs, sample images and other built-in assets are provided for you to create and publish your own posts. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them as templates or stand-alone assets.

5. Gridlace Pro

Some features require Gridlace Pro, offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly) or a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Free exports may include a small “Made with Gridlace” mark, which Pro removes.

6. Sharing to other services

Gridlace can hand your posts to other apps such as Instagram and TikTok. Those services are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms; we aren’t responsible for them or for what happens after you share.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use Gridlace to create or share content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or is harmful or abusive, and don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

8. Disclaimer

Gridlace is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that Gridlace will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that exports will look the same on every platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of Gridlace. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use Gridlace means you accept the changes.
